　　今天早晨，媽媽早早的就起床了，她去了菜市場，買回來一些粽葉、肉、蜜棗、和糯米。媽媽一回到家，先把粽葉用開水燙一下，然後把蜜棗、肉和糯米放在一個鍋裡，再把一些醬油倒入鍋裡，緊接著把它們拌在一起，餡便做好了，這些準備工作做好之後，媽媽便開始包粽子了。只見媽媽不慌不忙的拿起幾片粽葉，圈成一個類似圓錐的形狀，接著放一些餡在裡面，然後再用一片粽葉包起來，最後用一根線紮起來，這樣，一個粽子便包好了。我學著媽媽的樣子也包起粽子來。粽子包好了，媽媽立刻把粽子放在鍋裡煮，過了不久，粽子煮好了，媽媽拿起一隻粽子，剝開粽葉，細細地品嚐，我看著媽媽臉上的表情，忍不住笑了，媽媽見了，被我搞得丈二和尚——摸不著頭腦，但看我開心的樣子也笑了。

　　這一天，人們不光吃粽子，還賽龍舟，插艾青……這都是過端午節的風俗習慣，據說都是為了紀念愛國英雄屈原的。

　　1、Dragon Boat Festival

　　Dragon Boat Festival, often known as Duan Wu Festival, is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar. It is also known as the Double Fifth.[citation needed] It has since been celebrated, in various ways, in other parts of East Asia as well, most notably Korea.

　　The exact origins of Duan Wu are unclear, but one traditional view holds that the festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan of the Warring States Period. He committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the corruption of the Chu government. The local people, knowing him to be a good man, decided to throw food into the river to feed the fishes to prevent them from eating Qus body. They also sat on dragon boats, and tried to scare the fishes away by the thundering sound of drums aboard the boat and the fierce looking dragon-head in the front of the boat.

　　In the early years of the Chinese Republic, Duan Wu was also celebrated as Poets Day, due to Qu Yuans status as Chinas first poet of personal renown.

　　Today, people eat zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fishes) and race dragon boats in memory of Qus dramatic death.

　　2、充分理解題目，構思清楚。初中英語作文的題目一般都比較簡單，簡潔明瞭。針對文章所需要的題材，時態，以及需要的寫作風格和內容我們需要心中有數。避免出現人稱或者是時間地點等主題內容出錯的問題。卷面正解無誤，分數自然也能提高一些。

　　3、構思清楚，打好草稿。寫好一篇作文需要有邏輯性，計劃性。我們可以在草稿紙上將文章所需要的人物，時態，具體事件等在先寫出來，這樣方便修改，寫在試卷上也很乾淨，改卷老師第一眼就能有個好印象。

　　4、確保表達方式多樣。一篇好的作文樣該是簡單句，並列句和複合句並用的，這樣能夠讓文章更生動。從句的使用也是很重要的一點。文章長句短句正確連線，句句連線緊湊，條理順暢，肯定會讓整篇文章更加賞心悅目。

　　5、文章篇幅適中。一般規定作文的字數在80-100左右，所以我們在寫文章時，只要能夠把題目所需要我們表達的內容說明清楚即可，不需要再過多發揮。因為篇幅過短或過長都會影響打分，所以這一點很重要。最後檢查全文沒有問題即可。
