1、自我介紹就是演講，而每個演講最先做的不是說我是誰，而是向聽你演講的人打招呼，所以大家好，必須先說，例如，你可以說：“Hello,everybody.It is my honor to stand here to introduce myself 。”
2、既然是自我介紹，第二步當然是說自己的名字，你可以用 My name is 的句型，也可以換一種方法：例如，你可以說：“People call me He Xin，But my english name is Hiccup。”這樣你既說了中文名字，也說出了英語名字。
3、第三步，你可以說自己的年齡了。如：“I am twenty-eight ，”或者你好久出生的，都可以，但建議直接說好大就可以了。
4、可以再說說你的出生地，介紹你的所在的城市都可以，例如：“I am from a beautiful city which called De Yang,”
5、如果想更好的介紹，也可以加入自己的愛好。如“In my spare time , I would like to surf the internet and read books . ”
6、還可以說說家裡的情況。例如：“ Three people in my family.My.........”然後你可以介紹你父母的情況都是可以的。
